Iraqi Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi has referred a number of army commanders to court for deserting positions without orders in Ramadi, Al Jazeera reported on Sunday, August 16th citing a statement posted on the Prime Minister’s official website.
This step is based on orders issued by the investigating council citing remarks made by over 100 commanders and military officers.
