Sheikh Ali Hatam, emir of the Doleim tribe. in a conference in Erbil said on the claim made by Iran and Maliki’s government on fighting against the ISIL in Anbar Province, “The residents of Anbar will in no way accept a terrorist group amongst them. But Maliki and his government, and his followers in Anbar, are continuously attempting to legitimize the existence of the ISIL”.
