The Rafidain TV reported: Iraqi Security sources revealed that the Iranian regime’s plan for assassination of Ayad Allawi, former Iraqi Prime Minister was foiled.

Rafidain TV added: Ayad Allawi revealed a failed conspiracy about his assassination in Baghdad and emphasized that the Intelligence Ministry of one of the neighboring countries had planned his assassination; he didn’t mention that country though.

A security source revealed that the country was the Iranian regime.
