Dr. Nazzar al-Sameraie, advisor to the Iraqi Center of Strategic Studies said Maliki intends to copy from Iran and crackdown on demonstrators, just like the mullahs after the sham 2009 elections.
“Members of Iran’s Bassij have entered Iraq to support Maliki’s forces and carry out measures in this regard,” he said in an interview with Al Jazeera TV.
