In a special interview with INTV, Mrs. Anissa Boumediene, Islamic scholar and the wife of late Algerian president Boumediene, asserted that the brutal executions by the Iranian regime had no relation to Islam which is a religion of amnesty and mercy.
Responding to a question about a film of brutal executions in Iran, Mrs. Anissa Boumediene said: The film we watched made us quite affected. Watching these executions, these men, women and children who are executed brutally affected me a great deal.
Responding international community’s duty regarding the Iranian regime, Mrs. Anissa Boumediene said: I think the first responsibility of the international community is to prevent these executions which give no validity to this regime. I am a lawyer and understand my words. Convicting the small children to death is infamous. It is disgraceful that no judicial support is carried out for alleged and convicted people. I have to say we are in 21st century. The Messenger of Islam was a harbinger of amnesty and mercy. What the Iranian regime does contradicts with Islam, the religion which emphasize that there should be no force and compulsion.
