In an interview with Rafidain TV, Sheikh Kadhim al-Anizan, head of the Southern Iraqi Tribal Council, revealed that the Iranian regime had an extensive plan for assassination of the tribal sheikhs who opposed its meddling in Iraq.

He said: The number of sheikhs who have been assassinated during 5 years of occupation exceeds 32.

Sheikh Kadhim al-Anizan pointed out that the militias affiliated with some Parties have abducted 17 pilots who had participated in Iran-Iraq war.
