Al-Jazeera T.V. on Jan. 19, reported that the Deputy Commander of MNFI, Lt. Gen. Raymond T. Odierno said that the Iranian regime continues to support and train its affiliated operatives in Iraq, and without any doubt they still discover huge amounts of the Iranian made weapons and sophisticated anti-armor bombs in Iraq.

Odierno added that there have recently been disputes between Shiites supported by Iranian regime and other Shiites who cooperate with US Forces. The Iraqi Shiites are in favor of national reconciliation, however still there are some Shiites who are under influence of the Iranian regime and commit attacks against MNFI forces.
