Interview: We shouldn’t have gone to Iraq

The US decapitating Iraq in 2003 Gulf war resulted in Iran taking over Iraq

In an interview on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017 with ABC News “World News Tonight” president Trump the world is a mess. The world is as angry as it gets. All of this has happened after we went into Iraq. We shouldn’t have gone into Iraq. We shouldn’t have gotten out the way we got out.
Take a look at what’s happening with Aleppo. Take a look what’s happening in Mosul. Take a look what’s going on in the Middle East. And people are fleeing and they’re going into Europe and all over the place.
In respect to the war in Iran and American deploying troops to overthrow former Iraqi government, Mr. Trump added, when the US went to Iraq you should have considered that “you have two nations there, Iraq and Iran. And they were essentially the same military strength. And they’d fight for decades and decades. They’d fight forever. And they’d keep fighting and it would go — it was just a way of life. We got in, we decapitated one of those nations, Iraq.” And the result became “Iran is taking over Iraq.” That’s essentially what happened.
