Iraqi Vice President Dr. Tareq al-Hashemi in an interview with France24 TV said he will never be willing to cooperate with Maliki. Maliki is part of the problem and I am part of the solution, al-Hashemi described.
In response to the question are you willing to return to Iraq and cooperate with Nouri Maliki, al-Hashemi responded, “No, never. He is part of the problem and I am part of the solution. Therefore, there is no way to conciliate our differences. Iraqi political leaders must implement the no-confidence vote as soon as possible to resolve the situation and save the country from dissolution… I have tried on my part, however the US departed my country with all the problems and enormous challenges it was facing without solving the dilemmas…”
