Hollande: no one can be impartial in Gaza crisis

French President Francois Hollande said in his speech at the World War I Centennial ceremony in Belgium that how can one be impartial when it has been nearly a month that a bloody war has been raging in Gaza. We cannot be impartial, he emphasized, adding we have a duty to respond. Europe must act based on its commitments alongside the United Nations.
