Orient Net, Mar 9, 2018– The Assad militias have intermittently bombed and shelled cities and towns in eastern Ghouta, killing and injuring civilians.

The airstrikes and artillery attacks killed on Thursday (March 8) at least 30 civilians and injured many others.

Orient News correspondent said the regime forces hysterically shelled the town of Madyara as a part of the desperate regime efforts to divide the eastern Ghouta in half.

The Assad TV said that the regime militias reached to the city of Jisreen where the Assad TV correspondent gave live from the outskirts of the city.

Meanwhile, opposition fighters said parts of Harasta’s Hospitals, Beit Sawa and al-Ashari towns were recaptured in a counteroffensive launched on Thursday.

White Helmets rescuers published footage online of what they said the aftermath of a deadly regime attack in the city of Mesraba.

The regime’s bombardment campaign, launched on February 18, has killed at least 950 people, including children and women, according to the White Helmets.
