General Abdullah al-Bashir, commander of the Free Syrian Army, in an interview with CNN asked for US support to confront ISIS. We had time and again met with US officials warning them of the ISIS threat, he said, adding we had also expressed our readiness to fight them.
ISIS is part of the Assad regime and they are in full cooperation with this regime’s members, General al-Bashir added.
