On Oct. 4, Al-Sharqia TV reported that the French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner said Iranian regime through helping different militia groups in Iraq is doing anything to turn this country into its influential field.

Speaking in a gathering of French diplomatic correspondents, French FM pointed out what he meant by various militia groups was the militias affiliated to religious parties and government and also militias affiliated to Iranian regime such as Al-Qaeda, aiming to stir up sectarian violence in southern Iraq this way.

The French Foreign Minister also found Iranian regime accountable for recent conflicts in Karbala.

Kouchner said to learn about Iraq we do not need to travel to Iraq necessarily, because Iraq has been turned into Iranian regime’s filed of operations as they wished so. He added: all of these are taking place through militia forces and dispense of money and weapons.
