Iraqi MP and former interior minister Javad Bulani emphasized on Nouri Maliki losing legitimacy/becoming disqualified, saying: “The Iraqi Parliament is on the verge of requesting from the Federal Court to express its opinion regarding the illegality of the government continuing its work due to the fact that security ministers have yet to be introduced.”
