Jan. 19th 2015 – The European Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee will meet Nabil El Araby, Secretary General of the League of the Arab States, on Tuesday morning to discuss recent developments in the Mediterranean and in the Middle East, including Libya, Egypt, Syria and Iraq. The debate starts at 10:00.
The European Parliament debated and passed two resolutions on the situation in Libya and Egypt at its plenary session in Strasbourg last week.
