French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said ISIS in Syria is selling oil from regions under their control to the Assad regime. AFP cited Fabius at a press conference in New Delhi saying there is document evidence to prove this adding it shows how complicated the increasing disputes in the region actually are.
