In an interview with the German weekly, “Der Spiegel” published on Dec. 14, the former UN Nuclear inspector Hans Blix expressed doubt over peaceful nature of the Iranian nuclear program and said: “nobody should make a fool of himself; the nuclear enrichment at industrial level in Iran paves the way closer to atomic bomb.”

Replying to question about seriousness of latest revelation of Iranian nuclear program by the Iranian resistance, the NCRI, which said Iran had resumed its nuclear weapon program since 2004, Blix said: “doubtlessly it was the Iranian opposition which revealed for the first time Iranian regime’s nuclear program in Natanz.” He added: “we should continue to work on this matter that Iran must distance itself from nuclear enrichment.”
