European Union Foreign Ministers in their Friday session in Brussels called on Russia to refrain from any enmity measures on the Ukraine border. At the same time Kiev said Russian armored vehicles entered Ukrainian soil.
EU top diplomats called on Russia to withdraw its forces from the Ukraine border.
Catherine Ashton also called on Moscow to respect Ukraine’s territorial rights.
