Egypt Foreign Ministry denies remarks attributed to Morsi by mullahs’ state-run TV

In response to the mullahs’ state-run TV distorting Egyptian President Mohammad Morsi’s speech at the Non-Aligned Movement summit the Egyptian Foreign Ministry issued a statement denying the remarks attribute to Morsi.
The regime ruling Iran distorted the Egyptian president’s strong remarks against the Assad dictatorship in Syria by mentioning the country of Bahrain instead of Syria.
“All internal and foreign media outlets that covered the NAM summit in Tehran aired President Morsi’s speech live and the text of the speech can be seen in the Egyptian Foreign Ministry’s official Internet website. In the Egyptian President’s speech Bahrain was been described as a brother state,” the Egyptian Foreign Ministry statement said.
