According to Al-Diyar TV, Dr. Salih Mutlaq was once again elected as the chairman of the National Dialogue Arabic Faction in the annual congress of the Dialogue Front.

In his speech in the Front’s annual congress, he asked the Arab states to stand by Iraq to put an end on its pains and sufferings.

Dr. Salih Mutlaq: the Iraqi government has failed in all aspects at its worst; in providing services, in establishing security organizations, and in building a modern Iraqi thought. … We request struggling against all militias and not only one.
