Dutch intelligence service experts investigating reason behind the crashing of Malaysian flight MH17 over eastern Ukraine said they have found pieces most probably belonged to a Russian-built BUK surface-to-air missile.
This new finding proves more than ever before that pro-Russian separatists used such a SAM to down the Malaysian plane. This Boeing flight from Amsterdam was heading to Kuala Lampur and crashed on July 17th of last year in eastern Ukraine with 298 passengers and crew on board.
Two thirds of the passengers were Dutch and therefore the Netherlands has assumed the responsibility of investigating on this incident.
