Demos across Iraq against torture of Iraqi women in Maliki’s prisons

Iraqi people across the country took part in protests and demonstrations against torture and hideous measures carried out against Iraqi women in Nouri Maliki’s prisons.
Baghdad TV reported in Faluja, demonstrators chanted slogans against these repulsive measures against Iraqi women. Protesters condemned the immoral actions of Iraqi officials against Iraqi women, saying many of them were arrested them to punish their husbands.
People in Samara, capital of Salahaddin Province, demonstrated against the gross actions taking place against Iraqi women in Nouri Maliki’s prisons.
Al Sharqiya TV called for the prosecution of those responsible for these crimes.
