Al-Sharqiya TV, 31 Dec 2012 – Angry demonstrations were held in various cities across southern Iraq protesting lack of services in the country and the revelation of corrupt projects after the recent heavy rainfall.
Demonstrators held posters condemning lack of services in the country, adding the destruction of services will in turn lead to the destruction of infrastructure, and this is due to years of negligence and the political class being busy with their own interests and spending billions from the Iraqi people’s pockets.
