According to BBC (Arabic), Abdul-Reza Al-Shemeri, a leader of the Anbar popular movement said: “The Maliki government is attacking the Anbar people and tribal youths under the pretext of fighting with the (ISIS). For the past two weeks, fighting has been ongoing in the cities of Fallujah and Ramadi between Maliki’s army and tribal forces. The issue of ISIS is a familiar excuse to attack the people of this province which fools nobody.”
