The waves of migrants and asylum seekers fleeing their war stricken countries continue to flood to the Croatia-Serbia border for registration. These migrants will then be able to reach Hungary or Slovenia through the Croatian border.
On Friday ten thousands migrants entered Croatia, which is considered a record for this country. With the winter season kicking in, Croatia is also preparing itself to change the path of these passing migrants to its southern areas.
In the meantime, ordinary people are seen helping these migrants. One resident in these areas said, “I am willing to share even my last loaf of bread with them.”
