Free Syrian Army Commander Colonel Riaz al-Assad issued a statement to all combat units across the country to unite under FSA command.
FSA command announced in the overthrow phase, from this day forward all orders, coordinating measures , decisions, cooperation with all revolutionary organs and individuals inside and outside the country will be announced by the Free Syrian Army Command.
