Clashes have escalated in the past three days between Ukrainan government forces and pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine despite a ceasefire, reports indicate.
The Russian Security Council held a session on Wednesday chaired by President Vladimir Putin focusing on the Ukraine crisis.
On Wednesday, August 12th in response to a rocket landing in the city of Mariopole the government in Kiev said this attack will not go unanswered.
“All of these cases show how Russia, with the support of separatists forces in Donetsk and Lohansk, are attempting to violate the Minsk agreement,” said Ukraine’s top diplomat about this attack.
