Al Rafedein TV reported Iraqi armed tribes in the al-Taji region near the capital destroyed two HUMVEE vehicles belonging to Maliki’s military forces. Witnesses of these clashes who saw Maliki’s forces transferring their casualties said armed tribes in al-Taji targeted Maliki forces’ base in the Sab’ al-Obur region with Grad missiles.
According to al-Rafedein TV armed tribes south of Baghdad also destroyed another HUMVEE belonging to Maliki’s military units.
