
On Dec. 5, the Associated Press reported the Chinese government announced that it can not confirm the latest report by the U.S. National Intelligence Estimate which indicates Iranian regime stopped its nuclear weapon program in 2003.
The Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman, Kin Gang said his country had reviewed the report but could not confirm it to be correct.
AP reminded before the report was published, a top U.S. diplomat said Beijing will probably be ready for negotiations on new sanctions against the Iranian regime.
