The most intense rains and flood waters in the past century in the Balkan regions have thus far left 70 victims and thousands of thousands of people displaced and homeless. It is said these floods have caused a type of solidarity amongst the Serbs, Muslims and Bosnia Croats who were sworn enemies between in the 1992-95 wars.
