Australian Premier Warned against Iran’s Nuclear Program

During an interview with Fox News TV, Alexander Downer, Australian Foreign Minister, warned of the consequences of acquiring nuclear weapon by the Iranian regime and emphasized on necessity of imposing pressure and economic sanctions on this country.

Asked by Fox News that Ahmadinejad says when the discussion comes to Iran’s nuclear problem, it is a terminated story, Downer said: This is at a time that the UN’s Security Council and all countries of the world have told Ahmadinejad to stop his enrichment program and to end its move toward the path of nuclear weapon’s production. If Iran produces nuclear weapon it would be critical for the world’s security.
In his speech at UN General Assembly, Alexander Downer said: “The Iranian regime is a big problem to improve peace process in the Middle East.’
