Orient Net, Dec. 5, 2017 – Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) and other revolutionary factions have repelled several attempts by Assad regime forces and their supporting foreign militias in eastern Hama countryside and south-eastern Idleb countryside, causing losses to the latter.
Orient News’ correspondent said that the rebel factions thwarted on Monday all regime’s incursion attempts in Al-Balil, Al-shteb, Al-Zaferiyah, Al-Rahjan and Rabdah battlefronts, after regime forces’ members infiltrated to the Al-Zaferiyah village.
Confrontations led to death of more than 20 regime forces’ members and destruction of a regime’s tank and a BMP vehicle using guided-missiles and 130 mm missiles, amidst intensified shelling by Russian and regime’s aircrafts, according to our correspondent.
Regime forces targeted many villages in the area prior to confrontations which led to death of three civilians, including a woman, and wounding others with severe injuries near the Summaqiyah village.
