ISIS forces beheaded a Lebanese soldier in yet another inhumane act. This group posted a video clip of beheading this soldier that was detained last month. This is the second Lebanese soldier beheaded by ISIS forces.
The Associated Press reported the mother of this soldier identified her son through a picture of him posted on the Internet. Last month ISIS had abducted 19 Lebanese soldiers in the city of Arsal.
