In more signs of Iran meddling in Iraq, Al-Wataniya Coalition leader Ayad Allawi in a TV interview with al Arabiya al Hadath said, “We denounce any type of foreign intervention, either by Iran or any other country… unfortunately Iran has a serious role in Iraq and has monopolized Iraq’s political decisions. The issue of the prime ministry is being discussed in Tehran, not between Iraqi groups. This is very painful.”
