Informed sources have told Al Jazeera TV: the town of Tal-Afar, located west of Mosul, was seized by armed men after being under siege for two days.
Nearly 70 bodies of inmates were found in this town, all executed by government forces. To this day 23 bodies have been transferred to the forensics.
