Syria, Hama Province, Sept. 19, 2016 – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights which is based in London is reporting that Syrian regime’s warplanes have been pounding areas in Hama and helicopters have been dropping barrel bombs on areas in Atshan village at the northeastern countryside of Hama. So far no information about casualties or injuries.
Warplanes have also been bombing areas in Om-Hartyn village at the northeastern countryside of Hama, resulting in material damage.
 
In Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights report that warplanes have bombed areas in the neighborhoods of Jbyliyyeh, al-Senaúh and al-Hwiqa in the city of Deir Ezzor, and other areas in the villages of Hatla and Marat in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor. So far no information about casualties in these areas either.
