In an interview with Radio SAWA, Dr. Adnan Dulaimi, leader of Iraqi National Accord Front, expressed his concern over the security condition’s regress in Baghdad, and blamed the foreign parties for deteriorating condition in Basra.

Adnan al-Dulaimi said in his view the foreign parties encourage Iraqi groups for engagement and bloodshed, and the same parties provide weapon, money and logistical intelligence for the militias.

He added: These agents prod the Iraqi government covertly to blow strike and revenge and all these serve the interests of those who are beyond the border.
