5 fractions under the Iraqi National Alliance (INA) led by Ammar Hakim delivered a message to Maliki announcing they will not accept his candidacy for premiership in the next government, Al-Jazeera TV reported.

INA member Montaser al-Imare said this decision has been taken to be completely transparent with Maliki’s alliance and the Iraqi people.
