Egypt’s prosecutors office announced in Cairo 4 individuals hurled shows at Ahmadinejad.
According to a CNN report from Egypt, video footages show a man throwing a shoe at Ahmadinejad which is considered a huge insult in the Muslim world.
Three other individuals had also thrown shoes at the mullahs’ president, Egypt’s prosecutors office said. Authorities are saying these suspects accuse Iran of interfering in Egypt’s internal affairs through financial support.
“I am from Aleppo,” said Ezzatoddin Jassem, the brave Syrian citizen that threw his shoes at Ahmadinejad. “I didn’t know Ahmadinejad was going to come to that location and all of a sudden I saw him in the mosque. I waited for him to come. When you see your enemy attack you with his corps, forces and bombs, destroying your life and home, killing your brothers, what do you do? I did that, and I hit him with my shoe once in the chest and again on his shoulder.”
“The Egyptian police treated me very well and with the utmost respect,” he added.
