CNN reported ISIS has posted a video clip on social media showing one of its members brutally beheading another American reporter by then name of Steven Sotloff.
CNN added in the video clip posted by ISIS the same murderer with the English accent is seen again threatening President Barack Obama and the United States. In the posted video clip the American reporter introduces himself and then the ISIS member beheads the man.
