The upcoming visit to Iraq by Iran’s president Ahmadinejad is very suspicious and raises many concerns regarding the timing at this sensitive period for the region, and the dark clouds that are hovering Iran.
This visit, which is taking place under the pretext of taking part in an international anti-terrorism conference, has other unannounced objectives that can be listed as following:
– Using Iraq to bypass and create rifts in the sanctions
– Attempt to overshadow the victory gained by the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran with its removal from the US terrorist list by creating a special atmosphere in the path of imposing pressure on Ashraf and Liberty residents
– Intense co-ordination to provide support for the Syrian dictator to stand against the Syrian people’s revolution
– Increasing efforts to support Nouri Maliki to maintain the prime ministry post at all costs and not allowing rivals and opponents to discharge him…
…Focus on this issue is important that Ahmadinejad will place all his efforts and assets to increase the siege and create problems and further hardships for Ashraf and Liberty residents, and lessen the importance of the PMOI delisting by focusing on claimed crimes this organization has supposedly committed against the Iranian and Iraqi peoples. This is a void and completely ridiculously assertion and through such a claim the Iranian regime was able to deceive the US government for 15 years from the time when State Department placed this organization in the terrorist list back in 1997…
