Tehran continuing plots with Baghdad to crackdown on Ashraf, Liberty residents

Mesr Al Jadida daily (Egypt), 28 Oct 2012 – Continuing the series of meetings between Iranian and Iraqi officials, the mullahs’ deputy interior minister in security and internal security affairs arrived in Baghdad and held talks with Iraqi government officials regarding the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran and Ashraf and Liberty residents, according to the National Council of Resistance of Iran spokesman in Paris. Iran’s deputy interior minister expressed his gratitude regarding the Iraqi government’s efforts in closing Ashraf and expelling the PMOI from Iraq.
State-run media reports indicate Abdollahi “met with Iraqi National Security Advisor Faleh Fayaz discussing methods of exchanging information and expanding relations between the two country’s security and police apparatus.”
“Recalling the crimes committed by the monafeqin (the regime’s derogatory term to describe the PMOI), he thanked the Iraqi government efforts to completely expel this terrorist grouplet from Iraqi soil,” the report continued.
This is a blatant confession to this truth that repressive measures against Ashraf and Liberty residents and forcefully evacuating them are policies that are completely dictated by the Iranian regime.
Prior to this in recent weeks Iran’s defense minister Ahmad Vahidi and the terrorist Quds Force commander Ghassem Suleimani travelled to Iraq, and this regime’s president and Revolutionary Guards commander are scheduled to visit the country in the near future.
