Jordan-based al-Arab al-Yowm daily: The court also summoned UNAMI chief Ad Melkert and Struan Stevenson, Head of the European Parliament Delegations for Relations with Iraq to deliver their testimonies. This is the third and most important writ by the Spanish National Court in the past two years summoning those responsible for the attack against Ashraf.
