Accoding to Radio Free Iraq on September 29, 2009 a judicial official said on Tuesday that the Iraqi officials did not allow the 36 members of the PMOI who had been arrested in last July during an assault against this camp to go back to the Camp Ashraf.

Judge Ali al-Tamimi said that he had released the 36 Iranians. Referring to the verdict he has issued on Sunday, he said that they should return to Camp Ashraf.

On the other hand, a judicial source said that the Iraqi officials have obstructed the release of Iranian dissidents because they are considered as people who have entered Iraq illegally.
