Protest outside mullahs’ embassy in Paris

In protest to crackdown of Iranian people’s demonstration and opening fire on the people by the mullahs’ suppressive forces leading to 2 college students being killed; in solidarity with the demonstrators in Iran and supporting their demands; and in response to the call issued by NCRI President-elect Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, supporters of the Iranian Resistance began/initiated an unlimited protest on Thursday, February 17th outside the Iranian regime’s embassy in Paris.
In this protest, beginning at 10 a.m. and continuing to 9 p.m., Ms. Fateme Rezaii read the appeal for this protest in response to Mrs. Rajavi’s initial call to support the Iranian people’s uprising and to be the voice of demonstrators inide Iran to the outside world. Ms. Rezaii called on Iranians living in Paris to participate in this demonstration that will take place every day outside the mullahs’ embassy in Paris.
Also, NCRI Peace Committee chair Mr. Mehdi Abrishamchi, along with a number of French dignitaries and speakers delivered speeches to the demonstrators. Backing the protesters’ demands, the speakers called for support for the Iranian people and their organized resistance to overthrow the dictatorial regime ruling Iran and establish democracy and freedom in Iran.
The demonstrators also paid tribute to images of the Feb. 14 uprising martyrs Sane Jale and Mohammad Mokhtari.
The protesters chanted:
– Mubarak, Bin Ali, Now it’s time for Sied Ali (Khamenei)
– Seid Ali be ashamed, take a look at Mubarak
– Down with Velayat-Faqih principle
– Down with Khamenei
