Al Jazeera TV, March 28, 2009 -The PMOI said that it will not abandon its base in Ashraf City, north of Baghdad and the plan to move them is absolutely unlawful and considers it violation of human rights.
The organization’s statement is in response to the remarks by Muwaffaq al-Rubaie, Iraq’s National Security Adviser, who said that if the PMOI do not leave Iraq voluntarily, he would move them to an alternative place in south of Iraq.
