In an exclusive interview with the Iraq-4-All website on Saturday, Iraqi Umma Party leader Methal Al-Alousi emphasized Martin Kobler has no authority and his party is part of the game in Iraq because this is Iran’s influence that is governing over Iraq now.
I accuse him and all the delegation in Iraq that has remained silent on serious aggressions against human rights and breaches of the rights of the PMOI in the plundering and confiscation of their property, he added.
It would have been better for him to do his job and historical responsibility cleanly and professionally and carried out his duties as the UN envoy in Iraq, Al-Alousi continued.
“Currently, it is called upon the UN to protect Iraq and its sovereignty against this occupation and play its role that UN Member States agreed upon because the threat of Iran is the number one threat in the region,” he emphasized.
Al-Alousi went on to describe the confiscation of the PMOI’s property in Iraq as a Khomeini-style measure.
