Paris court rules to the innocence of PMOI members

Yesterday, the Paris court acquited two members of the PMOI and announced they had committed no crime.

Following 35 days of consultation and investigation, the court in charge of trying two members of the PMOI for assisting in self- ablaze protest against the semi-coup attack by the French police on NCRI’s headquarters on 17 June 2003, announced in its verdict that the said people had been acquited of all attributed accusations.

Following the issuance of the ruling, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, said: the acqital of two members of the PMOI is the victory of justice, humanity and resistance. The 17-June dossier is baseless and unfounded and should be closed.
