Palestine Supreme Judge urged Iraqi government to be committed to Ashraf rights

In the Friday prayer ceremony of Al-Khalil City of Palestine, the resting place of Prophet Abraham, and on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the World declaration of Human Rights, Dr. Sheikh Taiseer al-Tamimi- Palestine’s Supreme Judge, head of the Supreme Judicially Council, and orator of the Prophet Abraham’s Shrine- called on the Iraqi government to abide by international laws and conventions regarding protection of humanitarian rights of the Iranian refugees in Ashraf City and the Palestinian Refugees in Baladiyat district of Baghdad, and to be committed to what the divine laws has assigned as to the need for providing an honest life, and to protect them against unlawful groups that threaten security and stability of Iraq.

The statement released by the public relation and press bureau of the Palestine Supreme Judge states: “Sheikh Taiseer al-Tamimi holds the Iraqi government fully responsible for any kinds of harms to lives, properties and assets of these refugees. Security won’t settle in Iraq unless by protecting all inhabitants and sectors of the Iraqi society particularly the Iraq’s guest refugees who have been deprived from living in their countries due to reason out of their will.”
