Over 2750 lawyers and jurists from 13 Arab countries across the region have signed a joint statement condemning the Iraqi government’s pressures to steal Ashraf residents’ property, Iraq’s Al Hadath news center website reported.
The signatories of this statement declared the United Nations in Iraq must not become a cover and tool for human rights violations by the government against the residents.
